The penny stock of Amfil Technologies, Inc. (AMFE) landed smack dab in the center of every medical marijuana trader’s screen towards the end of the session on Wednesday. Filing an 8K detailing their JVA to acquire a 50% shared ownership with A.C.T.S. Inc., AMFE stock suddenly ignited setting both a new 52Wk high and a record for volume traded in one session. With the deal giving the diverse holding company exclusive rights of representation as a Systems and Service Provider to any Medical Marijuana Industry and legal marijuana grow/process establishments or organizations in North America and globally, the research as to what is the mPact – GROzone Antimicrobial Systems has already commenced.

Even though Amfil Technologies hasn’t filed a financial statement with either the SEC or OTCMarkets since the 3 month period ended September 30, 2004, nearly 10 years ago, they have been filing 8K’s like the one penny stock traders caught with less than 2 hours in yesterday’s trading session. We’ll get on to what the mPact – GROzone Antimicrobial Systems are in a second, but only after saying that Roger Mortimer, the CEO and President of the Company since August, 2013, has stated their efforts to bring their filings to current status.
So, Amfil Technologies already has Interloc-Kings Inc., a growth-oriented, net positive income generating business based in the Greater Toronto Area, which was Mortimer’s company he brought in with him when he took over. This JVA with A.C.T.S.Inc. to have the exclusive rights to their mPact Grozone blah blah offers a solid reason why AMFE stock rose the way it did during the last 2 hours yesterday.
The mPact GROzone system basically functions by adding ozone to the water delivery system of a marijuana farm or grow room. Rather than using sprays and chemicals to keep weed growing strong and avoiding any bacteria growth, the benefits of ozone-enriched water far outweigh chemical-enriched water which is how the deal could pay off since A.C.T.S. GROzone provides ozone antimicrobial system integration into flume, cascade, drench, or spray type operations.
Amfil and A.C.T.S. have 30 days to hammer out the deal which, when it’s a done deal, will put Amfil shall on the hook for an initial investment funding of approximately $1,000,000 into the proposed JVA over an approximate 15 month period from the initiation of the JVA. IF Interloc-Kings really is a “net positive income” producing company, that payment might be as easy as Mortimer dipping his hand into his left pocket.
As it is, early scanners caught AMFE stock and today should see a much bigger session volume wise. A lot of attention is going to flow today towards Pazoo Inc. (PZOO), but something tells me the smarter play is going to be with AMFE.

AMFE is the newest penny stock to go marijuana. At the very least, AMFE stock isn’t getting pumped or banking on dumb money hitting it because they bought some dumb domain name and are going to provide a google maps version of where to find the nearest dealer in your area.
