A very big, very busy week on Wall Street got off to a negative start thanks to a new batch of negative headlines out of Europe and a profit warning from Intel which affected the stock market today. The DJIA dropped 222 points in midday trading. The euro fell more than 1 percent against the dollar and the yields on Italian government bonds rose sharply as investors became more nervous about that nation’s debt burden.

AMWI: Bounces Back and Expands

AMWI almost doubled this morning after the open, and then settled for about 20% in gains as it stabilizes after yesterday’s trauma.
