DEWM Stock Finna Get Krunked Off Slow Motion Potion

The penny stock of Dewmar International BMC Inc. (DEWM), manufacturer of Lean Slow Motion Potion™ brand relaxation beverage, is on high alert. Other than 47,700 shares that traded on July 11th, DEWM stock, for all intents and purposes, is like fresh purple kush that has yet to be cultivated. With virtually every major rap artist, and the wanna-be Eminem’s that follow them, already touting their product in music videos and buying it in at least 15 states, its no wonder that it’s rated as one of the top 3 national selling relaxation beverages.

Like we noted, the penny stock hasn’t traded much at all as of yet even though the Company’s shares became DTC eligible on March 14, 2012. Six weeks later, April 30, they filed for their name change from Convenientcast to Dewmar International BMC. With their product available mainly in convenience stores all around the U. S., CEO and President of the Company, Marco Moran, formulated the concept to safely offer a product after his experiences while working part-time at night at a drugstore.

While studying pharmacy at LSU, Moran saw the influx of young people coming from nightclubs or going to nightclubs with prescriptions for codeine, Robitussin with codeine, Tussionex in the middle of the summer. Slow Motion potion was the street name given by urban culture for drinking cough syrup mixed with any form of beverage, usually alcoholic in nature. Moran designed a way to “get krunked” with the Lean line of products, real Purp, Yella and Easta Pink, by combining pharmaceutical grade herbs like Acai Berry, Valerian Root, Rose Hips, and Melatonin together with syrup-based flavors. The result: Get yo “swagga” any time, day or night. (see here)

Slow Motion Potion Product Line

Dewmar International’s Lean Slow Motion Potion™ is a potent yet refreshing carbonated beverage that is naturally sweetened that are formulated to taste good and relieve everyday stress by creating an almost immediate sense of relaxation. Served chilled straight up, over ice, blended, or in various cocktail combinations, Lean Slow Motion Potion™ can appease a variety of personal tastes in three available flavors:

Yella:  Combined with a mixture of two natural wild backwoods-grown Southern flavors enhanced by a light pineapple base, this Memphis born flavor includes a hint of Jolly Rancher candy flavor plus a robust south honeysuckle-like sweetener. Yella was concocted from the wildly popular lyrics of Three 6 Mafia that repeatedly mention how they prefer sipping on that “YellaYella” beverage to get them in the artistic zone and a steady, relaxed state of mind.

Purp: Resembling a light grape soda with aromatic hints of two novel ingredients that drinkers are typically unable to pinpoint, Purp is focused on the more traditional “Texas-based” consumer. Used in more songs online, radio, and music videos than any other relaxation beverage brand flavor on the market today, the raw mix of Sprite and grape Jolly Rancher is enhanced with a special syrup concentrate to take the edge off. A number of popular Texas rap stars, particularly Houston artists, have made this flavor the most well-known among hip hop fans worldwide.

Easta Pink:  There is nothing “Lil” about this strawberry cotton candy flavored drink inspired by repeat multi-platinum album selling and Grammy Award-winning rap artist DeWayne Michael Carter, aka Lil Wayne. The triple flavor combination of special syrup, Sprite, and a combination of cherry Skittles or Jolly Rancher candy flavors, Lil Wayne gives accolades to Easta Pink being his favorite concoction of Lean flavors, with Purp being second. He single-handedly popularized the term in many of his hit songs while performing live worldwide and in multiple music videos aired on the MTV, VH1, and BET cable networks.

With a Lean Slow Motion Potion mixed six pack of 16oz cans priced around $18, financially, Moran may have found a combination that works for shareholders to get their “swagga” on as well. With the industry set to top $46.8 billion by 2015, Dewmar reported revenues of $1,268,985 and $1,106,903 for the fiscal years ended November 30, 2011 and 2010 respectively. In December alone, the first month for fiscal 2012, sales topped out at $164,744. However, for the three months ended March 31, 2012, sales were just $193,216. It’s highly unlikely that this drop in sales for the first 3 months of 2012 is of any concern for them to hit sales equal to, or greater than, those that they reported for fiscal 2011.

Too bad Slow Motion Potion wasn’t a thing in the late 80’s, early 90’s when Flava-Flav was available. That woulda been of the chain.

My advice to Moran and the team at Dewmar International: Find a way, no matter what it takes, to be some form of sponsor at the November 17th Bethune Cookman vs. Florida A&M College Football game. You could realistically see $500 million in revenues from that exposure alone and you can afford to get it with the $138 thousand you had in cash and accounts receivable as of March 31.

Bottom Line: DEWM is a must add to the list of penny stocks to watch Monday and the duration of the week. Energy drinks & new age beverages are the hot new companies ever since Monster energy made millions for long term investors. Do you want to go long on DEWM stock? I wouldn’t go long on General electric but that’s me. However, this penny stock is going to trade this week a whole lot more than 47,700 shares in a day and could be a perfect play.
