After reporting their 20th quarter of growth, Good Times Restaurant’s announced that they hired Heathcote Capital LLC as a financial adviser “in connection with a possible strategic transaction.” Buyout rumors flying, GTIM stock price jumped 88% to celebrate Friday 13th. Prior to all of this, GTIM had an average daily volume of about 6,000 shares.
Boyd Hoback, CEO of Good Times Restaurant, said that the unseasonably warm March in Colorado helped boost sales. Broadcast media has been a big boost in increasing sales and awareness but GTIM continued their sales growth withoutany broadcast media in Q2. The plan is to be back on air in late April with radio using Cheech & Chong again, introducing our new 5280 Lifestyle Menu with some really fun and funny ads and anticipate additional transaction and average check growth.
