This mornings PR states that Northern Eagle Holdings of Atlantic Mine, Michigan and the Company’s Kardings America have created this alliance which Global Resource Energy plans to to utilize the service of Northern Eagle Holdings in exchange for a 40% stake in net revenues generated. The news comes just two days after Karding America stated they had talks with the city of Hampton, Virginia. The small town of over 137,000 people is supposedly “very interested” in converting to high efficient LED street lights and are reviewing the terms of Kardings’ Hero© lease to own program which is designed to help municipalities transition to the more efficient energy street lights without increasing the city’s budget.
