Harbor Island Development’s BrandSeed Media Services LLC plans to change the way businesses do business. their webiste highlighs three key factors which they think sets them apart:
• Business Immersion: Understand all aspects of the client’s business economics, current customer acquisition processes, sales processes and integrated business functions.
• Industry Benchmarking: Research and identify the leaders in the direct to consumer marketing space within the industry. Create a matrix of current offers, media channels, media costs and customer acquisition costs and lifetime value metrics.
• Identify Media Channels and Partners: Identify partners across various direct channels to develop “low cost” or “performance based” testing bed that provides scale for customer acquisition into the future.
In reality, with Carrllo Huettel having shut its doors and been rumored to have left the U.S. after setting up dozens of shell corporations which were used primarily by AwesomePennyStocks and their new sister-sites operated by Victory Mark Ltd., the PR announcement is all fluff. HIDC stock is being pumped as a cash grab and dilution of shell corp. inventory by the group and has less than a week to stay alive.
The Company currently has no significant revenues and must rely on the debt and/or equity financing to fund operations. Furthermore, the former President and Director of the Company, Don Ross, originally planned to sell casual resort and beachwear fashions which look like the typical “flea market” apparel you would expect to find out of a Company based in Opa-Locka, FL. There are few flea markets around the country that can compare with the crap you can buy in Hialeah.

Victory Mark has had a terrible track record of pumping penny stocks and HIDC doesn’t have the juice to think it will change their pattern. Seeing HIDC stock hit .05 is like seeing a pitcher in MLB hit a grand slam home run – sure there’s a chance but its most likely going to be a strikeout based on historical records.
