From a “wishful thinking” point of view, International Display Advertising has some serious potential when you think that 15 years ago, who would have thought of putting print ads above the urinals of every busy resto-bar? Claiming to be in he process of potentially signing multiple LoI’s to further delineate their 2013-2014 strategic sales and marketing plan directed at large restaurant and bar chains, how about getting some bookable assets before putting the cart in front of the donkey.
As of June 30, 2013, the Company had total assets of $0 – the same amount as they had as of December 31, 2012 when they were still Eco2 Forest. During the course of the first 6 months of 2013, they managed to issue 43,750,738 shares of IDAD stock for services and another 56,250,000 for international marketing rights.
But then again, one who jumps into IDAD stock tomorrow prior to it getting pummeled into the teens must consider that, since May, International Display Advertising has been preparing to capture their portion of the $9 billion global Digital-Out-Of-Home market.
