Excel Corp. filed an 8K on Friday last week stating that the Company had agreed with Mychol Robirds and Steven Lemma, the co-founders of Securus Payments, that will effectuate the purchase of 90% of the membership interests of Payprotec (d/b/a Securus Payments) and its subsidiary Securus Consultants, LLC. The deal calls for Excel Corp to issue 20,400,000 shares of EXCC stock and 2 shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock to Robirds and Lemma who are both expected to enter into 3 year employment agreement at the time of closing.
Securus Payments basically provides credit and debit card processing, gift and loyalty cards, e-commerce software, merchant cash advances, and point-of-service software, hardware, and systems. Inc.com ranked the firm #372 out of 5,000, #25 of Financial Services Companies on the 2013 Inc. 5,000, likely because Securus grew their revenues from $511,426 in 2009 to $6.6 million in 2012, a 1,184% increase, while adding 140 employees during that time.
Excel Corp. wasn’t really any slouch of a company prior to this agreement from the looks of things. The company’s co-founder, Ruben Azrak, took over as the interim CEO on February 13. Azrak, beginning in 1998 along with Russell Simmons, developed Phat Farm Licensing which was sold in 2004. He’s also Chairman and a Director of RVC Enterprises which now licenses ROCAWEAR, the ladies sportswear line from the entertainer-entrepreneur Jay-Z and owns the license for ELLEN TRACY sportswear and BEVERLY HILLS POLO CLUB.
With Excel Corp. basically being a start up company that was looking to add on to their merchant acquisition business for it to become a larger part of their operations, scoring Securus Payments is a huge deal. Because of this, although the deal isn’t yet complete, EXCC stock could excel to levels which exceeds anyone’s expectations.

Bottom Line:
If 2012 revenues for Scurus Payments was $6.6 million, how mch do you think 2013 revenues were and how high will they be for 2014 and beyond? Because of this, EXCC is a must have penny stock while the price is still relatively cheap. If action on EXCC stock exceeds yesterday’s, look out because the ask slapping sessions cold last well into March and especially when the news comes out that the deal is done.
