The penny stock of DoMark International Inc. (OTC: DOMK), subsidiary owner of SolaWerks, makers of the SolaPad, are surging today up as much as 61.75%. DOMK stock had a soft crash after the President and CEO Michael Franklin surprisingly resigned one week before the SolaPad was to be available to iPad owners in the U.S. The stock price dropped to as low as $0.86 today until sources claimed to have ordered the iPhone 4 chargers, receiving them and actually be functional. Then the truth came out: the “VOLT” is nothing more than a Disappointing Obvious Misleading Knockoff.

The chargers, which were for the iPhone and not the uber-hyped SolaPad for the iPad, were supposedly ordered and received, tested and functional. However, the solar charger clearly says “VOLT” on the top and comes with a “CE Rating” on the interior tag.
So, what does that mean? These “VOLT” solar chargers being pawned off by DoMark under the “SolaWerks” name are the exact same ones the surprisingly resinged CEO and President of DOMK, Michael Franklin, street corner hustled on Go Solar USA (GSLO) in January, 2011. The Volt is made by a company called Xiamen Solar Electronics. (see 8-K here)
Go Solar USA was suspended by the SEC in June, 2011, (see here) at the same time as Evolution Solar Corp. (EVSO), another company Franklin bent over. (see here and here) EVSO was suspended after questionable press releases like the one where Michael Franklin is mentioned in the first line. (see here)
Bottom Line: We warned you to get out of DOMK and move on to other non-scam penny stocks. This as last time we will mention Domark International, DOMK, DOMK stock, SolaWerks or SolaPad because when this crashes or worse, gets suspended – Consider yourself warned.
