A promoted pick by the “I’m HIV Positive” emailer Cohen, aka Researsh Driven Alerts, Abby Inc., with their “definitive agreement to merge” with T10 Events, is a pretty sexy idea to see the least. Food trucks, chicks, booze and freedom to roam the streets, ABBY stock has done nothing but be a party-pooper – until today.
Sure, they have no revenues as of yet, nor do they have any real highlights of how they are going to bring in any revenues like another event promoter penny stock traders are quite fond of NightCulture Inc. (NGHT), but, what they do have is some cleavage to go with their sizzle. As everyone is aware: sex sells and volume should surge big time for ABBY stock today allowing for a brief opportunity for the sellers to let the share price recover a bit.
With 10 million shares outstanding, Abby Inc. issued 20,000,000 shares to its President in July, 2009, 15,000,000 shares, also in July, 2009, to acquire the Phetchabun oil and gas lease which never amounted to anything. To end 2009, 45,000,000 shares were issued for $45,000 ($0.001 per share) in cash.
Two years later, during February, 2011, 17,500,000 shares of ABBY stock was issued for $35,000 ($0.002 per share). A year later, on August 24, 2012, an additional 4,500,000 shares was issued to Amanda Flores, President, CFO and Treasurer of Abby Inc. She got another 30,000,000 (total now 54,500,000) on February 13, 2013 but then cancelled 24,000,000 shares 2 days later.
So, in essence, 30,500,000 shares of ABBY belong to Amanda Flores making 77,500,000 shares in the float. While the entire float could actually trade today, chances are volume of anything over 10% of that, 7.75 million, would allow for a great chance to see some Tatas bounce for ABBY and a HOD as high as 0.05.

Bottom Line:
ABBY, although its just another POS pinksheet listed penny stock, looks and sounds sexy. Since the week is just beginning and the uber-spamming of ABBY hasn’t barely even begun, a strong run to the 5’s, 6’s or even 7’s would make this the trade of the week. The first 5 minutes of trading will indicate if the ceiling is the gap or not, but something is telling us that stuffing that gap and seeing some bouncing is on the menu for today and tomorrow.
