Facebook and their IPO filing have created a plethora of opportunities for companies to promote their ideas to the public in an effort to raise funds, especially penny stocks. Remember one “golden rule“: If a celebrity is involved with a penny stock promotion, chances are its a pump and dump.

We did some research and there are only 26mill shares outstanding in APGS, and there seems to be very little resistance at this price point (55 cents) which indicates a run up the charts for early birds. Will you get in early?
