Last week’s news about WinPower Innovations’ wind turbine being ready for the market after reaching its milestone can only help those who believe in chances WPNV stock might have. In April, the Company acquired RIG Construction, Inc. which, for the year ended December 31, 2012, had gross revenues of $4.76M which is a huge bonus considering they clean swimming pools. The gross profit of $765K off of gross revenues of $1.6M for the three months ended March 31, 2013 is not something that can really be overlooked.
However, what’s puzzling is that, as of March 31, 2013, WindPower Innovations had just lint for cash, $0, and the same for their accounts receivable. Inventory was reported to be $1,000 which left at least some meat on the bone, even though its a mere nibble, for those judging WPNV stock by its financial statements. But, since John E. Myers, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Carole S. Myers, Secretary, each own 12,500,000 shares, 40.70% of the float, why can’t WPNV see a surge past .03 and towards .05?
They did book $1,000 in revenues last quarter!
