Most people who buy penny stocks are ordinary investors who don’t have $25,000 to open an account with a private investment adviser. A typical penny stock investor trades online with a discount broker and typically trades with $500 to $1,000 on a speculative trade. However, research still proves to be the best source as in most promoted penny stocks, many sellers make money while many buyers do not.
