Shares in the penny stock of Intelligent Living Corp. (OTCBB: ILVC) gained 30% in the last trading session to close at $0.130 on volume of 216,339. ILVC is being pumped this week but the percentage gains could be deceiving considering the historical trend of this cheap stock.
ILVC, a leading provider of green building solutions, is another one of those green energy stocks that offers the latest technologies in home automation and integrated audio, video and entertainment. Their niche market is multi-unit entertainment systems energy control including, but not limited to home theater system features a 120in screen, 3-D projector and 7.1 THX sound system and a custom designed double-sided glass projection screen in the bar area. (see here) The company reported cash of $3,010 (3.56% of Current Assets), Goodwill of $242,490 (71.42% of Total Assets) and Accumulated Deficit of $14,763,438. Amazingly, ILVC actually has both revenues and net profits (adjusted for foreign currency.
Bottom Line: The penny stock, ILVC, is on the “pump”. With offices in Vancouver and Phoenix, it is hard to determine the advantage ILVC has in the current housing market, especially for advanced tech new homes. The biggest issue with this penny stock is liquidity. Volume has been so low and entry would be less of a problem than exit.
ILVC is a good penny stock to watch but may be very difficult getting a large trade in and out.
