After announcing the SolaPad was ready for its first shipment, DoMark International Inc. (OTC: DOMK) stock traded $5.52 million dollar volume closing at $3.23 and leading the OTCQB in most traded penny stocks. DOMK killed any chance of a bull rally on the stock next week after filing an 8-K with the SEC after the close of Friday’s trading session. The SolaPad from SolaWerks, the wholly owned subsidiary of DoMark Intl. might arrive as they say, but the Chairman and CEO the Company, Michael Franklin, will not be around to see it.

DOMK traded as high as $3.63 during the trading session before 1.7 million shares of the stock traded on 1,399 executed trades according to OTCMarkets. Then, about an hour after the market closed for the 3 day weekend to celebrate Memorial Day, the first thing to get on the grill is DOMK stock investors confidence as it seems to now be BBQ’d to a crisp and ready for a massive dump come Tuesday.
DoMark filed an 8-K with the SEC and issued a press release regarding the change in directors right around the time the last trade was printed. According to the 8-K; Effective May 25, 2012, Michael Franklin, Chairman and CEO the Company, resigned from all positions held with the Company, including resigning from Board service. There was no disagreement between the Registrant and Mr. Franklin at the time of his resignation from the Board of Directors.
D’OH! WTF! Penny stock trading is risky but how “in your face” could the DOMK scam be? It looks like we pointed out earlier that SolaWerks is more like a SolaFlare and SolaPad is starting to look more like a MaxiPad.
Kinda like when Van Halen got rid of David Lee Roth and replaced him with Sammy Hagar; things just weren’t the same. Franklin is replaced by Brent Strasler as President of DoMark effective immediately. In addition, Mr. Strasler has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Well isn’t that special.
The Bio on the 8-K has Brent Strasler as R. Brentwood Strasler as sole Director, President and Corporate Secretary. He was appointed May 25, 2012 by the Company’s Shareholders. So if you own DOMK stock, you appointed him to hold the same position and title that Harry Lappa held for NSRS, the HNIC.

Bottom Line: This just sucks no matter how you put it. We pointed out before the market opened how we thought didnt like the IR page on SolaWerks site was. We later pointed out how selling before the end of trading would be smart and buying back in on Tuesday.
The penny stock of DoMark will probably open at crap and drop 10X crap to close at crap on Tuesday leaving DOMK stock a POS. DOMK stock message boards and chat rooms will be filled with people complaining about the news and departure of Franklin in what can be called the “OU812” subject.
