Recipients of “The Moskowitz Report” got their first taste on Monday as to just how fracking big their profits are supposed to get from the penny stock of Falconridge Oil Technologies Corp. (FROT). Investors in on FROT stock saw a couple of small trades pass through late last week, but made their first real impact on the OTC yesterday after 85,424 shares traded between 0.90 and 1.01 on the session. With everything having already been packaged up and prepared to get pumped years ago while still Ameriwest Petroleum Corp. (AWSS), does this “tiny upstart” really “hold the key to the entire future of America’s oil boom?”

FROT Stock Quote
One of the first things you notice when you start to research Falconridge Oil Technologies is that long time incubator of some of the better penny stocks promoted, Macdonald Tuskey of Vancouver, BC, is the attorney of record on the most recently updated S-! filing. Within the S-1 filing, some 19,461,000 shares of FROT stock held by 20 selling security holders are registered for resale which allows for them to sell at an initial price of $0.50 per share until an active market for our common stock develops on the OTCBB.
That “active market” was initiated on Monday thanks much in part to the supposed $150,000 budgeted for this week by Eclipse Marketing, $7,500 of which was given to Charles Moskowitz, dba The Moskowitz Report. Assuming the remainder of the budget is due to spent on hardmailers designed similarly, if not exactly, like the www.frtinfo.com landing page, Monday’s volume surge could be a mere blip as the week continues onward.
Those 19,461,000 shares (see table below) to be sold originated from a private placement of 3,250,000 pre-split shares of FROT stock (6 for 1) at a price of $0.02 per share that was completed September, 2008. It may have been a long time to be sitting on those FROT shares, but with gains of nearly $1 per share sold (at the current price), the $150,000 supposedly budgeted will be paid back, in full, likely by the end of today’s trading session.
Funnily enough, within the Moskowitz Report it claims that in order to get your 400%, your first priority should be to Buy FROT stock while it’s under $2 a share. Within the first 100 words, the report clearly highlights how “the profit surge might not stop until an oil giant buys out this company” which managed to put up just $6,323 in revenues for the three months ended May 31, 2014.

Bottom Line:
Oil focused procoted penny stocks have been known to have great success when traded properly. Seeing as how FROT is now just one day old on the OTC, taking a stab at grabbing some shares with a mid-$1 price target to get out would look to be the best strategy for those willing to play it. Having seen some of the Company’s attorneys been involved with some previous triple digit winners, even though FROT started near $1, it would not be out of the question to see $2 prior to the Thanksgiving holidays.

(We are 100% Anti-Spam and will never rent or sell your information) Although many of our picks go up 100, 200% even 4,000%, there is always the chance a stock could move lower.
Please read and understand our rules very carefully:
1. Penny Stocks can be very dangerous, unless you understand the risk involved with them do not try to trade them. Many go up fast and can drop just as fast;
2. Do not risk too much in one company. You can lose it all very quickly;
3. Do not “marry” any one stock. Recognize if you are wrong about a stock, cut your losses and move on to the next stock; and
4. Always use stop loss orders. We recommend that you use “trailing stops” in order to protect your profits.
