Did you know that internet companies still give out CD’s of their software so that you can sign up for their service? Psycho’s penny stock pick for today, Fullnet Communications Inc. (OTCMKTS:FULO) apparently does and might even offer the background sounds of the old 56.6kbs dial-up service while you enter in you’re CompuServe email address. The volume is low, the revenues stagnant, but atleast FULO stock hasn’t fallen on its culo as hard as his last half-dozen picks did right out the gate.

A dinosaur in a land of technology becoming outdated within minutes, Fullnet Communications has somehow survived the changes perhaps due to Oklahoma being a bit behind in the times. Access service revenues for the 3 and 6 months ended June 30, 2013 were $31,889 and $66,295 respectively compared to $42,039 and $91,321 for the same respective periods last year.
It’s almost as if you can tell when broadband became functional there and wholesale dial-up Internet service became a thing of the past.
Fullnet is really surviving off of their co-location and other revenues, $378,472 and $737,011 respectively for the 3 and 6 months ended June 30, 2013, almost the same as last year: $330,699 and $712,527, respectively. But, let’s face it, this isn’t why traders are buying into FULO stock today or why Psycho decided to freebie pump it.
Over the past 3 months, a series of Form 4’s have been filed, mainly all for stock options of directors since cash is so heavily guarded due to a lack of it. There was a total of 1,248,348 stock options granted during the 3 months ended June 30, 2013, all of which were at .02.
So really, when you see that Psycho wasn’t compensated for his alerts on FULO, yet 20,000 shares traded a month ago on a dead-to-rights ticker, you gotta wonder if some of those options were exercised and dished out to bagholders. Who could have possibly seen the light to buy $800 worth of stock a month ago that likely got sold today for $2,000 or better?

Bottom Line:
Less than 3 hours remain in the trading session and FULO has traded less than $100,000 in dollar volume so far. The once hottest penny stock alert sender has gone “Z list” and would be lucky to get the back end of an iHub sub penny pump after the last 6 picks. Put FULO near your culo and see if you can’t squeeze out the skid mark it’s gonna leave tomorrow.
