Admittedly so, I don’t think I have watched an NHRA drag race ever in my life. Tractor truck pulls, now that’s a different story. But either way, if you told me I could have a cooler full of Busch and a sound system that would rock my world, especially from underneath, you can keep the sweat and sunburn involved and just gimme Guitammer’s Buttkicker Live!

Featured in theaters and theme parks around the world and enjoyed by home theater, video gamers and car audio enthusiasts, there were over 85 worldwide installations of ButtKicker brand transducers in 11 countries as per their 10-K filing from March 14, 2013. More than 10,000 seats around the planet are “ButtKicker enabled” with more than 1,000 equipped in mainland China in the Lumiere theater chain.
That’s is bigger news than the NHRA announcement today. For many who follow the entertainent industry, China is due to have more movie theaters than the U.S. within the next 3-5 years. If Guitammer has already penetrated the Chinese market, chances are that future sales are virtually guaranteed to come.
Although revenue for the 6 months ended June 30, 2013 decreased by $119,361 to $953,610 versus $1,072,971 for the same period in 2012, the multi-year deal announcement with the NHRA, the fastest, most powerful motorsports on the planet, is epic for Guitammer. The Company’s ButtKicker and 4D Sports brands will now be getting additional exposure by working together, not only with the NHRA, bt also ESPN, delivering the first-ever tactile enhanced sports show during the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series telecasts on ESPN2.
Guitammer is coming off a strong Q2 whereby revenues rose to $428,183, an increase of 25% compared to Q2 2012. If the recession was all that was stopping the creator of the award-winning line of ButtKicker®-brand low frequency audio transducers that provide an immersive entertainment experience for audiences, perhaps the time has finally come for GTMM to be on watch.

Bottom Line:
Volume has been both inconsistent and very low for GTMM stock over the past month plus making it an unlikely candidate to add to the list of penny stocks to watch. However, forth value investor who isn’t afraid to go long when a good thing comes around, GTMM might be the ticker for you.
