According to Chief Executive Officer & President, Kevin B. Donovan, 2.29 million shares of PRHL stock was sold to to six accredited investors for $572,500. That’s 25 cents a share. There was no underwriter, no underwriting discounts or commissions, no general solicitation, no advertisement, and resale restrictions were imposed by placing a Rule 144 legend on the certificates. What they did not make clear was when exactly were those shares sold and when do the restrictions expire on those 2.29 million shares. At roughly $2 million current market value, it would make perfect sense for someone to pay $90 thousand to make the public aware of this company’s recent developments. It offers a great chance to get more than double your money back on the 25 cent shares you bought as one of the six accredited investors.
