Ever since announcing the launch of its mobile games division, “EventurePlay,” shares of Eventure Interactive, Inc. (EVTI) have been unstoppable. Trending the first two weeks of April between 0.026 and 0.034 after announcing their prototype of SmartSeen, a wirelessly connected camera and streaming hub system that facilitates the capture and social sharing of photos and videos while using the company’s Social Calendaring app, EVTI stock has had six consecutive sessions of increasing PPS and volume to boot. Having been one of the better bounce plays before, the lack of cash and revenues from when the shares really began to take off concerns few as evidenced in the $95,905 worth of shares traded yesterday.

If they had revenues and an abundance of cash to keep their lights on, this run from 0.034 would be just the beginning of much more bullishness to come. However, the announcements that the Company’s newly created event-based games that compliment their social calendaring application and recently announced SmartSeen camera and streaming hub are just enough warm winds to keep the sail afloat.
Eventure filed a prospectus shortly after their 10K filing for the issuance of .4,880,000 shares of common stock to financiers that every sub-penny player on the OTC has stumbled across on more than one occasion. Although the dilution seems to be very professionally controlled at present, the RSI indicator of 85.07 should be a clear sign that to chase EVTI stock at this level is about as smart as dressing up in a police uniform and walking around the streets of Baltimore tonight unescorted.
