A few weeks ago, we wrote a piece about Wellness Center USA, Inc. (WCUI), a Schaumburg, IL based healthcare and nutraceutical company. The Company announced this morning that it closed the deal on the CNS-Wellness LLC acquisition. WCUI‘s stock price has slid a bit with very thin trading, down to $1.16, but trades are picking up in tandem with the daily volume. The Company has another pending acquisition, Psoria-Shield Inc., to be closed on soon which will likely be the “big” money maker for WCUI shareholders.

Today’s news closes the deal on CNS, a Tampa, FL based cognitive neuroscience company specializing in the treatment of brain-based behavioral health disorders without the use of drugs. Dr. William Lambos, Chief Scientific Officer and President of CNS, stated that the percentage of individuals in the population who can benefit from a CNS treatment methodology is well over 50%. More than 90% of the patients treated at the Tampa facility have improved significantly and are living happier more productive lives.
From a financial POV, CNS treatments range from 6 to 15 weeks, and typically cost $4,000 to $10,000. Hot diggity dog! Multiply the low end, $4,000 with Lambos’ estimate of 50% of the population as potential clients, and the U.S. estimates come to $623 brillion. Unfortunately, Lambos states that in most cases the results are permanent and without use or dependency on drugs so little chance of that estimate being repeat customers.

Bottom Line: The real deal on this penny stock is the Psoria-Shield deal. The space age technology allows dermatologists the highest ROI for the machinery which is priced currently at just $64,000. Couple this with the CNS acquisition and it doesn’t appear as if WCUI will be focused much longer on their Amino Factory since these two will offer a greater ROI for the Company int he long term.
