Bet your bottom dollar that Zyrox Mining International, Inc. (ZYRX) is going to be making an appearance on the penny stock charts shortly. After changing their name and ticker from Diversified Energy & Fuel International, Inc. (RICP), ZYRX stock spewed itself on to the trading floor to drop it’s stock price down to a level where it can now be disseminated for a frothy investor santorum. Where it goes is likely indicative of Lady Gaga’s new haircut which was trending on Yahoo at the same time the 305 crew was readying their common shares.

According to their financial update available on OTCMarkets.com, management is currently in negotiations with Zyrox Mining Company Ltd., a British Columbia mining operation and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Zyrox shareholders. Discussions with a local Venture Capital firm are being finalized to obtain the necessary capital to close the transaction and to expand the current operation.
That’s odd because Stellar Resources Ltd. (SRRL), a mineral property acquisition, exploration and development company, signed a Letter of Intent with Zyrox Mining Company Ltd. in June, 2009 for an Earn-In Agreement to explore and utilize the gold, copper and silver resources within Zyrox’s mineral tenures located on Texada Island, British Columbia. (see here) Subsequent to whatever, Stellar and Zyrox agreed to disagree and parted ways roughly 5 months later. (see here) Kardashian marriages last longer than that.
The Company also claims to have engaged an attorney to file an S-1 to achieve fully reporting status with the SEC aspiring to be a fully reporting company by the end of 4th quarter 2012. I aspire to be a protege student of Timothy Sykes in my nightmares, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is going to come true.
