Advanced Cell Technology was a company we got to know very well at the start of 2012. With the Superbowl of Biotech’s kicking off this week in California, it was an inevitable choice once they decided to squash the reverse stock split idea that ACTC would be a big money play unlike regular alerts. Following up the news of no RS with the the peer acknowledgement from New Scientist that their iPS cell-derived human platelet program was named as one of the “10 Ideas That Will Shape The Year” in the ‘Christmas and New Year Special’ issue was just icing on the cake.
Last year, traders got a taste of what the Company can do in the first few trading sessions for the year as it exploded for a 150% gain. This year is was about hitting ACTC stock on the head with confidence and big money to see it all happen again. Sure, it’s one thing to play $2,000 on CHLO stock and catch a 1,000% plus gain on the luck of the draw, but its another thing to go in with $50k on a VIP play and see $25K in proven gains.
