Actually, not just the top 10, but the top 14 most active OTC penny stocks are all green making the bull rally on these long awaited pumps well appreciated. SEFE, Inc. has taken over the top spot from the long reigning Sunpeaks Ventures (SNPK) as the most active in trades executed and dollar volume.
Although the percentage gains SEFE is currently showing is nothing special, green is good and money is flowing like champagne off a strippers g-string in the Timothy Sykes VIP room today. The biggest gainers thus far into today’s trading session are the penny stocks of Bio-Matrix Scientific Group (BMSM, up 135%), East Coast Diversified Corp. (ECDC, up 44.83%) and IC Places Inc. (ICPA, up 32.08%) are all “IC Big Profits“.

Lifevantage Corp. (LVFN, up 1.39%), SEFE Inc. (SEFE, up 1.51%), and American Liberty Petroleum Corp. (OREO, up 3.91%) could have some trouble holding on to their gains, but Sunpeaks Ventures (SNPK, up 12.5%), Stevia First (STVF, up 17.5%), and LiquidMetal Technologies (LQMT, up 27.73%) seem as if they will close green for the trading session.

The bull rally on the top 10 (top 14) most active OTC penny stocks is, in part, a graduation celebration for Neonode Corp. (NEON, up 13.19%) who is enjoying its last day on the OTCBB before heading to “run with the big dogs” on the Nasdaq exchange. Neonode, developers of their licensed next generation of proven optical MultiSensing technologies, received notification on Thursday of last week that they were approved for listing on to the Nasdaq and will commence their trading there tomorrow, May 1, 2012.
NEON, the penny stock of Neonode, was as low as 22.5 cents a share on December 29, 2009 when the stock dropped -27.66% by closing at 42.5 cents on volume of 107,544. At the 22.5 cent low, NEON was down -61.67%.
IF you bought on that day at the low, 22.5 cents and were still holding it today, although you couldn’t have bought much considering that less than 108 thousand shares traded, you would be holding a 2,188% winner.
