NightCulture should run and run well considering that debt which was carried on the books of prior to the share exchange agreement on July 31, 2012 was converted into shares in March: $480,818, and accrued interest, into 2,869,178 shares of NGHT stock. The cost basis works out to be 0.1675 per share.
