Sometimes a “Yield” sign is a warning, sometimes it’s an invitation. When it comes to the penny stock of American International Ventures Inc. (AIVN), many traders are going to willing to take the chance and for good reason. Although the Company is more than two quarters late with their SEC filings, the gold miner from Nevada is about to make the most of their Placer Gold Prospecting acquisition from earlier this year. Since the Company is now pursuing gold mining projects in Mexico and partnering with the mine owners to set up a commercial mining operation with La Madre S.A. de C.V., AIVN stock could see a nice, quiet run into the 50’s during December.

The huge attraction to AIVN is the acquisition American International Ventures made back in March which established them with 13 mines in super popular Nevada. Some analysts which cover junior mining stocks think the Company could be bundled up and acquired by a major gold producer one day for a few dollars per share alone. The major asset they have is one enormous game-changing mine in Baja, Mexico which, if they successfully raise the $500,000 needed to get surveys and sampling done could lead to a drilling program and eventually make investors a ton of money.
For now, its all a speculation play based on several hundred acres of gold mining claims which they are sitting on ate present. With a miniature awareness campaign, AIVN stock could soon see itself in the percentage gain leader column since the shares are still relatively low. But, if its hard assets and revenues your looking for, American International Ventures is not for you.

Bottom Line: AIVN might not be lighting up the penny stock highlight reels any time soon, but long and strong, this could easily some growth over the course of the winter months. Since AIVN stock is stricken with the “Yield” sign for being a late filer, the 8-K’s and alternative reporting are simply going to have to do for now until the PR bingo games begin.
