One trade for 2,000 shares was executed just before 3PM today making WSGP and Western Graphite officially on the watch list – especially for it to be the next pick of Stock Market Authority. The announcement today included details about the Company’s 2nd property, the “Amorf Graphite Property”, located in Southern Turkey. This deal was put together a little more than a month ago when Dr. Ahmet Unsal scored $1.5 million for the acquisition of all the rights, title and interest in certain lands covering approximately 495 hectares. With little to no cash on hand, the deal works out in a way where Unsal gets the equivalent of $1.5 million in shares of WSGP stock which was penciled in at a deemed valuation equivalent to $0.50 per share.
With today’s trading commencement and $0.55 the starting point, entering into this long time shell corp. set up by one of the most notorious mining shell incubators, James McLeod, is a place where chickens and turkeys could lose their heads playing the speculation game on WSGP. However, with SMA on the verge of issuing their pick — WTF right? It’s just money.
