Revolutionizing technology and life as anyone who has ever been to Thailand knows, World Moto Inc. (FARE) has just reversed into Net Profits Ten Inc. (NPFT). With President Obama having just completed his speech from Bangkok, Thailand, what better to do than profile a brand new penny stock which has revolutionized that country, one which I lived in for three years. The market for their game changing Moto-Meters, devices that provide metering of rides on motor scooters, motorcycles and similar types of transportation vehicles, is so huge that it makes FARE stock a sexy, must add to the watch list immediately one for many reasons.

So what makes FARE stock so sexy? Moto-Meters are devices that provide metering of rides on motor scooters, motorcycles and similar types of transportation vehicles and have been developed by World Moto. Get this:
CNN, Newsweek, Wired, Moneylife, among others, are calling World Moto’s Moto-Meter “the world’s first motorcycle taxi meter” and “world’s first portable taxi meter” and “first-ever black box for motorcycles,” while the Times named it “one of the most significant innovations of this decade” and Fast Company declared it “The First Real Taxi Meter Innovation in 100 Years…a $3 billion dollar idea.”
Check it out for yourself:
If you ever went to or lived in Thailand, you know what traffic really is having spent an afternoon moving at about the same pace as a snail on heroin. The only way you can get around quickly is by motorcycle taxi, regardless of who you are. The problem was that these syndicate run taxi services had not set price for distance and us, the “farangs” had our own level of prices. With this landmark device now being a part of daily life in the greatest city in the world, FARE stock and their global initiatives to move the Moto Meter into other countries is a priceless, landmark device.
How many motorcycle taxis can there really be, just visit the website of World Moto and see. There are more motorcycle taxis in Bangkok alone than taxicabs in the entire United States — and it’s still growing! In Thailand, motorcycle taxis are:
- More popular than Facebook / Billions of users
- Fastest growing, most numerous taxi on Earth
- Connect people to everything, immune to traffic
- Perfect platform for advertising and mobile commerce
Monetarily, it has yet to be determined but it was stated in the agreement that World Moto will continue as a corporation, operating in Thailand after the reverse merger. The principal source of revenues will be from the sale of the Moto-Meter units and related products to be used with the Moto-Meter. In the future, the Company would expect to generate revenues from a number of additional sources which most likely will be from the advertising displayed on the Moto-Meters and possibly also from the mobile commerce applications.
The most beautiful women, metered motorcycle taxis and the best food you could ever eat, regardless of what type of cuisine you desire, World Moto just reminded me for why I need to get a round trip ticket booked for this upcoming holiday season to get back to Thailand. Last time I was there, I think I paid $5 for a motorcycle taxi to take me 7 miles in 10 minutes which would have taken 45 mins by regular taxi. Just make sure FARE stock is on the watchlist immediately.

Bottom Line: FARE is a new penny stock with one hell of a sexy story and website to support their real-deal, Moto-Meter, in the biggest market in the world. With the recent increase in authorized shares and the 180-for-1 stock dividend, something is going to heat up with FARE stock and you would be foolish to let it pass by at its current level. If they get these moto meters into the Philippines and Vietnam, the sky’s the limit.
