The notice issued which could have meant ineligibility for quotation and subject to removal from the OTCBB in 30 calendar days was averted at the end of the day when they filed the required documentation from their Form S-1/A. The yield sign issued to PRTN stock via OTCMarkets on Saturday could still be attached since the 10-Q due date for the three months ended July 31 is Thursday.

Tuesday’s close marked the 17th trading session for the Awesome Penny Stocks promotion, roughly half way based on their NSRS and SNPK runs. The performance of PRTN has been about as exciting as GWBU was, like a toothpick stuck in your teeth just after leaving the dentist office. Yet, with the recent events of stocks getting suspended, thanks to the SEC in Washington and the SEC Enforcement Division in Miami, the name tagging of Dr. Jennifer R. Berman, MD, who is supposed to appear on The Ricki Lake Show as women’s sexual health expert, looks like the aces are out and its time to either call or fold.
With the name attachment, which investors should note have yet to include a comment by Dr. Berman herself or any spokesperson on her behalf, as well as the magical ability for Tropine 3 to achieve FDA approval after clinical trials are completed, all the stops have been pulled. It has become such a sloppy mess that the banner for Pristine Solutions landing page was even hosted on the website of the pump and dumpers as of Tuesday.
With no hard mailers known of, the focus now is on when, not if, PRTN stock crashes.
