Last week, NeoHydro Technologies finally found a partner to merge with after it announced entering into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Couponz, Inc. Binding or not, David Gasparine, founder of Couponz, Inc. in April 2011, started the Company from scratch with a plan to provide an easy to use tool that alleviated the frustrations he experienced while he was operating his other small businesses. Gasparine has already been signing off as President of NeoHydro on SEC filings.
The “Epoxy” app has been around for awhile already with some pretty negative reviews according to appbrain.com. Whether it’s because of spammy notifications or Couponz that aren’t worth the hassle, users of the app haven’t had the best things to say about it, but that was nearly 6 months ago.
The opposite can be said for traders with the foresight to have gotten involved with NHYT stock in early May. Shares of the previously thinly traded shell corp. had a nice run from just under .01 to a high set last week of .025, building support along the way. If the glue can stick together in June and July, there’s a decent chance for NHYT to test .03, or even .04, before coming back down to earth at .015.
