It’s been a week now since Obama was declared the winner of the 2012 elections and Global Clean Energy Inc. (GCEI) has been on a roll ever since. Trading volume was the highest its been since we re-introduced the waste-to-energy focused Company to our subscribers and the patience paid off. Since election day, GCEI stock has risen as much as 162% and could easily continue this roll with rumors of a JVA or merger in the works with a major player in the energy world.

Although the recent PR was worse than fluff claiming a deal for the supply of jatropha seedlings and plants to implement its jatropha landfill projects, it was a bigger sign of things to come when you continued on to the next sentence: 32 locations in southern United States for jatropha development. The importance of this stands on a speech made four years ago this February when Obama stated:
“It begins with energy, clean renewable energy will lead the 21st century. But to truly transform our economy, protect our security and save our planet from the ravages of climate change, we need to ultimately make clean, renewable energy the profitable kind of energy to develop technologies like advanced biofuels and more.”
The fact that we are looking at four more years of an Obama Administration and GCEI has its ship in order to ride the waves this term, when the money flows, they will surely have their hand out for it. The rumors are the tax incentives for “green energy” companies which is what makes GCEI most attractive. Their working gasifier projects form the past proves that, if you stop them early enough, you can gobble them up via merger or, at least, JVA with them which is attractive for the big dogs in the energy game.
Sure, its all speculation for now, but isn’t that what separates the winners from the whiners?

Bottom Line: GCEI proved to penny stock traders to be the post-Obama green energy gusher we wanted to see. The rest of this week will be active for GCEI stock for those who are willing to take a shot on confirmation of the rumors flowing. The PPS is still nearly half that when we re-introduced it in September and could crush that if and when real PR comes out.
